Does Rent Perfect's RentPay system offer a recurring payment option?

Answer

Yes, tenants can set up recurring rent payments. There is a small $3.95 convenience fee per payment. 

 

Tenants can follow these steps to setup recurring payments:

1. Login at www.rentperfect.com and click "RentPay."
2. Under payment schedules click "Pay Now."
3. Under mode of payment select "Setup Recurring Payments" and choose the date of the month for payments to automatically process.
