INSTANT REPORTS: The instant credit report and instant criminal report will be available once the applicant completes the online application and completest the identity verification with the credit bureau. Reports will be available to view in your online account under the “Status of Background” tab. FULL REPORTS: Investigative Overview takes approximately 4-6 business hours to complete. It is important you do not make a final decision until you receive the Investigators Overview, as the credit bureau and instant criminal records are helpful but do not provide the entire picture.
