One of the benefits to having our WEB Software is no updates are needed, the software is ready and up to date once you login.
For Desktop Software, we have automatic updates that will prompt you for install when they are released. If you are currently working in the software, a message will display on the bottom right task bar of your computer advising updates are ready to be installed. You must close out of the software in order for the live updates to install, which are also prompted.
We will display another message letting you know the software is updated to the most current version. You may log back into the software.
Installing Live Updates:
Once your software is installed, to setup your automatic updates, simply right-click on the OLTPRO Live Update icon located in your computer's task bar. Leave the recommended option selected and close the window. Your live updates are now setup.
