How to resolve employee signature errors?

Answer

The employees need to open all the carrier links one at a time to review, close then check off the box next to the link before selecting the I Agree Button.
2. The security setting for the PC/laptop might be set too high. It needs to be medium to medium low.
3. They may need to check for compatibility issues as on most PC/Laptop a torn paper icon near the tool bar will appear.

If using Internet Explorer as the browser they must have the current version uploaded. It is Version 11.
5. Might need to download a different browser such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Fire Fox-- must have the newest versions.
6. Try a different PC/laptop that someone at work may have used and completed the enrollment process already with.
