Question
How do I reset the passwords for all employees to the Birth Year + Last 4 of SSN?

Answer

To ensure you are resetting them properly please follow the below instructions:
 
1. Click Clients
2. Locate the company and Choose an action > Set Enrollment Mode/Dates
3. Select Yes  to Reset Employees Passwords to Birth Year + Last 4 of SSN
4. Click Update
5. Go back to the Main Menu and select Reports
6. Click Run Report next to Company Employee Census Report
7. Choose your company in the drop down and select First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, SSN
8. Click Run to open the excel spreadsheet and verify that employees have a valid SSN# since some will use 000-00-0000 which can cause login issues.
