- Only if email address have been uploaded via census or added through the Maintain Employee listing, and you copy and paste all of the email addresses into a new email message and attach the file.
- A mass email may be sent however which sends the employees their usernames and password by selecting Email Passwords to Emps HOWEVER this will not attach the Quick Start Guide to the email.
NOTE: The most efficient way is to send the Quick Start Guide to the HR representative by email and have them forwarded it on to each employee.
