The HR Account has been locked out. What do I do?

Answer

An HR Administrator that enters the wrong password 3 consecutive times will be locked out and the company will be highlighted on the Clients page.

Example Message:

COMPANY ACCOUNT DISABLED. PLEASE CONTACT A SYSTEM ADMIN.

To unlock the HR account

  1. Click Clients
  2. Locate the company and select Choose an action
  3. Click Edit Company Information
  4. Click Update at the bottom of the page to restore access for the HR Administrator.
