The Primera software program does not start or crashes immediately after starting. (Any product or software).

Answer

If the Primera software program does not start or crashes immediately after starting, delete the following folders if they exist:

At this location:

C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Local 

<current user> = The username currently logged into the computer.  

Delete these folders (not all folders will be present):

  • PTI
  • Primera_Technology
  • Primera_Technology,_Inc
  • Primera_Technology_Inc

Attempt to launch the program again.
