False pick errors after firmware update - multiple discs placed in recorder or printer (4200).

Answer

To fix this problem run all four calibrations noted below:

1. In PTPublisher, Go to the Tools Menu - Calibrate the Disc Publisher. (For Mac: Go to the PTPublisher Menu - Calibrate Robot)

2. Find the "Other Calibrations" section at the bottom.

3. Run the calibration for each location indicated below.  4201 units will only need to calibrate the top drive.
