Receive low ink message from PTBurn Server (SDK or Network Software) even when the cartridges are full. (BravoPro-XRP Only)
This will happen when the printer driver on the server computer has been updated to the latest version but the PTBurn Server software has not been updated.
Solution:
Update to the latest version of the PTBurn Server Software.
Contact Tech Support
to receive a username and password to download the latest version.
Additional Information:
Driver Version 1.19 changes the location of ink tracking files.
PTBurn Server file versions below add ability to read new ink tracking file location.
-PTBurn.exe Version 2.6.2
-JobProcessor.dll Version 2.6.5
Previous versions of these files will cause the error described above.
