This message will only appear for BravoPro or XRP users who have not yet upgraded to the PTPublisher burn and print software and set the top and bottom drives. To fix this issue do the following:

1. Download PTPublisher here. Install it.

2. Launch the PTPublisher software. The first time you launch the software you will be prompted with a message that says "A one time calibration is required". Follow the prompts to calibrate the top and bottom drives.

3. Close PTPublisher. Now open it again. If you are no longer prompted with the drive calibration screen you are ready to use PTRip again.

Note: You may now use Primo DVD or PTPublisher to burn and print discs.
