How do I find advanced configuration settings for the CX1200?

Advanced settings can be found in various places depending on what area of the Color Label Press system you would like to configure.

Do not change settings unless directed to do so by Primera Tech Support.

PTPrint Settings (Max Page Size & Interpage Gap)

C:\PTPrint\PTPrint.ini

PTPrint Settings (Header/Leader - Footer/Trailer lengths)

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Primera\PTPrint\CX1200.ini

Status Monitor (Default values, etc.)

C:\Program Files\Primera Technology\PTPrint\CX1200Test.exe.config

Printer Driver Settings (Quality, Default paper source, etc.)

Before your print using PTPrint, on the print window click the "Setup" button to access these settings. You may also type the IP address of your printer into your web browser address bar to view/change these settings via a web interface.

Laser Print Engine Hardware Settings (Alignment Prints, etc.)

Swith off the printer. While pressing the down arrow and right arrow buttons switch the printer back on. Hold for two seconds and release. The printer will start in diagnostic mode.
