When pressing Run System Forward (arrow to the right) the media stops after moving only a small amount. (FX1200)

1. Make sure the cover is closed on the cutter.

2. Make sure there are no errors on the Run tab.  For example an out of media error will produce this condition.

3. Check the following touch screen settings.  Go to Start - Configure Utility - Settings Tab. 

• Make sure the large button at the bottom of the screen says "Normal Mode" - To change, press the button repeatedly to scroll through the options.
• Press the Option button - Make sure the bottom two items are checked.  Most importantly, make sure "Auto Right Click" is unchecked.
