The laminate is not covering the entire disc.
Heat. Try increasing the heat via the temperature slide bar.
Ink. If you are printing discs with heavily saturated dark or black areas you may need to wait several minutes to several hours before laminating depending on the media type. If you laminate immediately after printing it is possible that the laminate will not adhere to the wet areas of the disc.
Media. Certain media absorbs the ink more quickly and more completely than others. Try different media or Accent Certified media kits available from www.primerastore.com.
Tray Speed. Adjust the tray speed using the instructions in this article.
