1. Ensure the label stock is loaded correctly. Please refer to the Operator’s Manual that is provided here.
2. Add artificial guides to the existing paper guides on the printer. You can use anything that might accomplish this. We use a pack of 3M self adhesive squares. Leave the backing on the self adhesive square. This provides a very smooth surface for the labels to slide against. You could actually use more than one square on each side to get the artificial guides as close as possible to the stock without impeding it. Please see instructions here.
