1. The PTPublisher Service is not running or not installed. To check if it is running or to start it go to Start - Run - Type Services.msc in the box. A services utility will open. Find the PTPublisherService.exe on the list and make sure it is running. Note: After the service is installed it will not automatically run until you reboot. Make sure you have the latest version. If it is not on the list you will need to install it. Download the latest version from here:

2. You have an AutoPrinter not a Disc Publisher. If you have purchased a print only autoprinter with no burner drives installed, the Print Only Project is the only project available to you.
