You can print only using the RoboPrint software that came with your Composer Max.  Look for it on the installation CD.  If you did not receive RoboPrint with your Composer Max please contact tech support for a username and password to download it from our secure site.  Have your serial number ready.

You must install SureThing Version 3.12 (or Higher) if you want to print STD files. Until then, you will be limited to printing .prn files.
The printer tray does not eject when the Composer arm tries to load a disc.
The Printer portion of the Bravo, Bravo II, BravoPro or Signature/Composer combination is not printing. It burns the disc and then stops when the disc is placed in the printer tray.
