A print job is stuck in the printer queue (Any Printer).
Follow these steps. Stop when the job is deleted.
On a PC:
Method A - Delete Jobs from Print Queue.
1. Open the print queue by clicking on the printer icon in your system tray (lower right corner) or go to Devices and Printers and double click on the printer.2. Right Click on the print job and choose "Cancel".3. Unplug USB to the printer. Wait five seconds. Plug USB back in. If jobs do not delete move on to Method B.
Method B - Delete Print Files.
1. Go to the Start menu. 2. Search for Services.msc. A services list will be displayed. Right Click on "Print Spooler" and choose "Stop". 3. Wait five seconds after it has been stopped. Delete any files from the following folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS. 4. Go back to Services.msc and right click on Print Spooler again and click "Start".
On a Mac:
1. Right Click on the print job and choose "Cancel".2. Reboot the computer.3. Unplug USB to the printer. Wait five seconds. Plug USB back in.4. If you receive the error, "Cannot cancel this job because it has already been canceled" unplug the USB cable. Go to Apple - System Preferences. Choose Printers. Select the printer. Click the - button at the bottom of the list to remove the printer. Reconnect the USB cable. The printer will automatically be added and the print queue will be clear.
