If you have forgotten a username click "Forgot Username" link from the login screen, enter your specific details, click "Get Username". The username will be emailed to the email address provided when you created the account.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your username on the login screen and click on "Forgot Your Password", re-enter your username, then enter the SSN and the e-mail address associated with the account. Select to reset password, a temporary password will be emailed to you. Double click on the temporary password and select to "copy" it, then "paste" it to the password box. Paste again to the first box on the password reset page. If you are keying in the temporary password, ALL of the letters are lower case and no special character is needed with this entry. (Notice the difference between a number 1 and a small letter l (L), or number zero (0) and a letter o)
If you are logging in for the first time, create a username and password that you can easily remember. It is important that you print the screen or write down your username and password so you can access your tax forms in future years.
