We are aware of some issues with the emails going out. We recently purchased new servers and we have hired someone to totally recode the email engines. This takes time and is causing some glitches. The good news is, once it is perfected this should never be a problem again....

Can I create my own letters to go out instead of the default ones?

Yes you can! Click on Email Editor > Campaign Manager. Type in the name of your new campaign and click on Submit. You should be able to see it listed. Click on ADD to the right and add your letters. Once completed, make them the default by clicking on DEFAULT next to your new campaign....

Yes! You can stop the autoresponses for an individual or the entire group. To remove an individual, log into your Members Site, click on "My Prospects" and then on "Search". This option is a requirement in order to stay white listed with major isp services. One suggestion to get around this would be to get a PO Box with your Post Office....

Yes. The autoresponder messages will stop and the prospect's info will be deleted from your data base. You may wish to print a copy of the information before deleting....

Your follow up letters are set on "GO!" You don't have to do a thing. As soon as your leads are delivered they start getting your autoresponders. If anyone fills out a Landing Page or an Interview from your website they will get them too!...
