How do I set up my employees to receive their pay stubs by email?

Note: This article is for Remote users. For non remote users, contact your Customer eXperience Representative (CXR) for assistance.

Employees can be set up to receive their pay stubs through email as a PDF file. Check stubs will be emailed in the morning on the payroll check date. These will be secured using a password.

To set up employee email addresses:

  1. Click Employee - Employee
  2. Click the Address tab
  3. Enter the employee's email address
  4. Enter the password used to secure the pay stub

Note: If there is a password listed, that is for the emailed pay stubs specifically. Typically the SSN is used for securing emailed pay stubs.
