How do I let Payville know I have a new hire?

Payville tries to make it easy for you to report all of your new hires. It is best to report all new hires using New Hire Setup Form, which can be sent by fax or email to your Customer eXperience Representative (CXR). However, in the event you are unable to print this form or obtain it from a CXR, the following information is needed:

Employee Personal Info

  • Social Security Number
  • Full Name (First, Last and Middle)
  • Address (Street, City, State and Zip)
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • State and Federal Marital Status (If this information is not included it will be defaulted to Single)
  • State and Federal Allowances/Dependants (If this information is not included it will be defaulted to "0")

Employee Work Information

  • Hire Date
  • Department
  • Wages (Salary, Hourly, etc.)
    • Be sure to include all Wages and amounts
    • Include tipped wages
  • Pay Frequency
  • Deductions
  • Time off Accrual
