What do I do if I am a victim or suspect fraudulent activity on my card?

Answer

Please call the number on the back of the card, select option 3 for our Debit/credit card department and select option 2 to reach an agent.   Please provide your information and the reason you believe there is fraudulent activity so that we can research and stop further activity.
