This message will appear if rights/privileges have been changed on the Hard Drive - Library - Printers - Primera folder after it has already been installed. Changing rights is sometimes necessary if the printer fails to print.
The solution is to completely remove and reinstall the Primera driver according to this article. Note: If rights were granted to the Hard Drive - Library - Printers - Primera folder itself, do not remove that folder. Instead remove all files and folders within the Primera folder.
