If you did not receive your welcome letter, then the e-mail address in your profile may be incorrect. To find out, go to "Your Account" in your members site. Click on "Update Profile" and check to verify that your e-mail address is correct and make any needed changes. Be sure to save any changes you make by clicking the save button at the bottom. Then, from the same "Your Account" menu, click on “Resend Welcome.”
