I reach 2 years of service on 1 Oct 2019. Does this mean I can use TA/NCPACE for a class start date of 1 Oct 2019?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The 2-year mark will be the first day that you can apply for TA/NCPACE, which means the class start date has to be greater than 14 days away due to the 14-day rule.
