TA at the End of Active Obligated Service

Enlisted Sailors must remain on active duty throughout the duration of the term of the TA funded course(s). If you are nearing your End of Active Obligated Service (EAOS) and need to have it updated, submit a copy of your executed (signed) reenlistment contract to the NCVEC but uploading it to your MyNavy Education files. 

If you intend to reenlist, you must submit an Exception to Policy Waiver by submitting a letter on Command letterhead signed by the Commanding Officer or by direction. The letter must include specific statements, so please review the example letter available on the Navy College Program website. The letter must be submitted via Issue Tracker within MyNavy Education and should be submitted by the Sailor themself.
