What happens if I have connectivity issues and I’m not able to submit my TA/NCPACE application before the 7 day window?

If you have any issues submitting your TA/NCPACE  application, contact the Navy College Virtual Education Center (NCVEC):

• Chat with a counselor (during business hours): https://kb.livehelpnow.net/30432
• Submit a Help Request Ticket: https://kb.livehelpnow.net/30432
• Call the NCVEC (during business hours): 833-330-MNCC (6622) Option 4 "Education & Training" then option 1 "Navy TA & Counseling"

NCVEC hours are 0600-1630 eastern time.
