Question

What happens if my TA or NCPACE application is submitted within 7 days of term start date?

Answer

Tuition assistance (TA) and Navy College Program for Afloat Education (NCPACE) must be command approved prior to 7 days from the term start date.

Service members can submit their application requests as early as 120 days preceding the term start date. 

If your application is submitted before the 7 days, your request will be accepted, however if the command does not approve the application it will automatically be cancelled by the system on day 7.
