Maxed Out Credit Limit

Sailors who have reached their fiscal year funding limit can still submit a TA application for courses that start on or after 1 October.  The system will indicate no credits remaining; however, you can still submit the application and receive command approval.  On 1 October, the system will reset eligible credits and your application request will be reviewed for funding.

Sailors should always submit their TA applications early (at least 30 days is recommended) regardless if they have limited or no credits available.  You can submit applications as early as 120 days before the term start date.
