Setting Up Automatic Monthly Payments with Rent Pay

Can my tenant set up automatic monthly payments to me through Rent Pay?


Yes, tenants can set up automatic monthly payments. First, the landlord must set up a Rent Pay account. Once a Rent Pay account for the property address is approved tenants can set up and manage automatic payments through their Rent Perfect tenant account following these 3 easy steps:

  1. First, sign into their Rent Perfect account and click "Pay Rent " on the home page.
  2. Next, near the bottom of the screen they will click  “Set Up Auto Pay” for credit card or ACH.
  3. Last, they will click “Add Auto Pay” for credit card or ACH and complete the required information to set up the automatic payments.

Make sure to submit and confirm all payment info.  You can log in to your account to manage your auto pay accounts any time.
