Question
A tenant paid rent by check this month. How do I stop the late payment notifications emails?

Answer

If a tenant paid rent by check, money order or any other  form of payment outside of the Rent Perfect's online payment system, then the landlord will need to stop the late payment notifications by canceling the online payment for that specific month. Tenants, please contact your landlord to make this request.

Landlords, you may cancel one month's payment request which will stop all late payment emails. The system will continue with the normal payment schedule the following month.

Follow these steps. Video tutorial down below.
