Applicants can add additional information to their application, such as additional vehicle, pet, income, or previous address history details by logging into the tenant portal at www.rentperfect.com.
1. Log into your tenant portal at www.rentperfect.com and then click "Rental Application" on the home screen of your account.
2. Next, click the option to edit your rental application.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on a section of the application you wish to update, such as income, vehicle, or pet records.
Once you update your application make sure to notify your potential landlord so they have the opportunity to view the updated results.
Applications will always include a date and time stamp of the last time your application was updated.
