How to manage exceptions using Internet Explorer.

  1. On your computer, open Internet Explorer.
  2. At the top left, click “Tools” drop-down and then click “Internet Options.”
  3. Select the “Privacy” tab.
  4. Under the settings category select the “Sites” option.
  5. Under “Address of Website,” enter the web address that you want to create an exception for.
  6. Once you have entered in the desired address, select “Allow.”
  7. The site should then show up under the “Managed Websites” category.
  8. Click “OK” on the “Per Site Privacy Actions” window.
  9. Clock “OK” on the “Internet Options” window.

 

How to manage exceptions using Chrome.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click settings drop-down and then click Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
  4. Under "Privacy," click Content Settings.
  5. Under Flash you want to update, click Manage exceptions.
  6. Under "Hostname pattern," enter the web address that you want to create an exception for
  7. Under "Behavior," select Allow
  8. Click Done to close Flash Exceptions window
  9. Click Done to close Content Settings
