Payville USA offers check envelopes in a variety of ways. Please note that there may be fees for the following payroll packaging methods.
Methods for receiving check envelopes
1) Stuff and seal checks in check envelopes
- With each payroll we will ensure all checks are in envelopes and sealed upon delivery.
2) Stuff and DO NOT SEAL the checks in check envelopes
- With each payroll we will ensure all checks are in envelopes and not sealed upon delivery.
- This will give you opportunities to add flyers or review checks before handing them to employees.
3) FOLD THE CHECKS ONLY OR DO NOT FOLD THE CHECKS and purchase check envelopes separately
- With each delivery we can ensure your checks are folded if you would like them to be but envelopes will need to be purchased separately.
- Envelopes can be purchased from us - a box of 500 check envelopes costs $24.75. These checks can be delivered with your payroll package at any time.
- Envelopes can be purchased elsewhere at your convenience
