How do I enroll or change my login and password information for Evolution Remote Access?

Answer

The Evolution HCM, Evolution Payroll and Evolution Thin-client products all require a password to access. Use the following form to add or change a login.

Whether you are a first time user or need to make a change/addition to your current login, please use the document to authorize the changes.

Evolution Remote Access Security Form

Employee first name, last name and email address refer to the person who needs access. The person does not need to be set up as an employee in payroll.

The username must be first initial of first name and full last name

The password must fit the password guidelines:

  • Must be 8 characters long
  • Must contain lower-case characters (az)
  • Must contain upper-case characters (AZ)
  • Must contain at least one numerical digit (1,2,3...)
  • Must contain a special character ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )

If there are any security limitations for this user, describe them on the form.

A signature from an authorized payroll contact is required to make changes as this can allow the user to access sensitive payroll information.
