Beginning with tax year 2006, any ERO who is approved by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to file returns electronically, will not have to file a separate registration with the PA Department of Revenue. The Department will obtain a file of registered EROs from the IRS and will maintain the State registration information from this file.
