Question
As a current SOC DNS institution, will we still provide SOC Student Agreements to Service members who matriculate in a DNS program at our institution?

Answer

All colleges and universities that accept tuition assistance benefits as a condition of the Department of Defense (DoD) Voluntary Education Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agree to provide Service members a degree plan. You will continue to provide degree plans to Service members under the DoD MOU commitments, but they need not adhere to the SOC-specified template after March 29, 2019. Institutions may continue to use this template but should remove references to SOC on their student agreements. Your institution will no longer need to submit Student Agreement data to SOC for your DNS programs after February 2019.
