If you are using a computer lab on campus, in a library or at work that is connected to a LAN (Local Area Network), it may have a firewall or a block on users sending/receiving information to an external website.

If you encounter access issues, you should check with the technical support staff to determine whether there is a firewall on the Internet connection and to make sure you acquire the appropriate Internet access.
