If the Primera software program does not start or crashes immediately after starting, delete the following folders if they exist:
At this location:
C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Local
<current user> = The username currently logged into the computer.
Delete these folders (not all folders will be present):
Attempt to launch the program again.
