Unknown USB Device error appears in Devices and Printers when the Bravo SE-3 is connected. Windows 7 Only. (Bravo SE-3)
Solution: You must update Windows 7 to SP1 (Service Pack 1) so that USB 3.0 works properly for the Bravo SE-3. Windows made improvements to how USB 3.0 devices are handled in Service Pack 1.
Alternate Solution: Connect the Bravo SE-3 to a USB 2.0 Hub so that the entire system is downgraded to USB 2.0 by the hub. For BLU units (Blu-ray) burn speeds may be decreased if a USB 2.0 hub is used.
