Question
Printing labels via SureThing 5.x that were originally 3.15 labels causes off center printing -or- printing settings will not change.

Answer

Printing labels via SureThing 5.x that were originally 3.15 labels causes off center printing -or- printing settings will not change.

Problem: Earlier versions of SureThing 5.x caused upgraded labels from 3.15 to be printed off center if they were printed as part of a print and burn job via PrimoDVD or PTPublisher.  This only happens on labels that were originally 3.15 labels.

Solution: Upgrade to SureThing 5.0.577 or higher.  Once upgraded, all future 3.15 labels will be upgraded without issue.  This will not affect  3.15 labels that were opened in 5.x and then saved.  These labels will have to be manually fixed by changing the label to the correct template.  See instructions below.  Contact tech support for a username and password to download SureThing.

Instructions for manually changing print template in SureThing 5.x

1. Click the template name above the disc design.

2. You will see two options in the left most column.  Set the media type to CD/DVD Printer.

3. The new template name above your disc design will be Primera 120mm Disc - Full Face.

4. Now save the label.  The new template will be saved with your design.
