Question
What happens if PTRip doesn't recognize my CD?

Answer

What happens if PTRip doesn't recognize my CD?

Occasionally, CDs that are not released by a major record label will not be ripped to your collection because they are not in the CDDB online database.  CDs not found in the CDDB database will be skipped.  An on screen log is created to help you identify which CDs are skipped.  If you have trouble ripping your CDs using iTunes, try ripping it in using a Media Player and vice versa.  You can set it up so that it rips the music to the same folder location.  The next time either program is opened it will recognized the new CDs and integrate them into your database.
