Message: No Robot Connected -or- Nothing happens when you click "GO" (PTPublisher for Mac)
Make sure you have Read/Write permissions to the Hard Drive - PTPJobs folder -OR- to the Hard Drive - Library - Application Support - Primera - PTPJobs folder (PTPublisher 2.0 or above). This folder is created during installation of PTPublisher. It may not have proper rights if PTPublisher is being run as a user other than the original user who installed the software.
1. Right Click or Ctrl Click on the folder - choose "Get Info"2. At the bottom of the list unlock the permissions area by clicking the lock icon. (You will need an admin password for this.)3. Give Read/Write permissions to the current user.
Repeat this process for all subfolders under the PTPJobs folder!
