I receive error message “No suitable setup has been found for this printer.  Would you like to configure it manually?” when printing from Surething –or– PTPublisher burns the disc, but stops once the disc is placed in the print tray. (Windows 7 only)

 

This is a one time error message that will happen the first time you try and print from Surething or PTPublisher on Windows 7.  

 

If printing through Surething, follow the steps below.

1.  Click on Setup

2.  Click on OK on Printing Preferences.

3.  Close Surething and then reopen and print again.

 

If printing through PTPublisher, open up your label in Surething and print.  Follow instructions above to fix the message.  Close Surething and open up PTPublisher and try your job again.
