Oklahoma Pet Overpopulation Fund You may donate from your tax refund for the benefit of the Oklahoma Pet Overpopulation Fund. Monies placed in this fund will be expended for the purpose of developing educational programs on pet overpopulation and for implementing spay/neuter efforts in this state. If you are not receiving a refund, you may still donate.
