Log into your return and look for Santa Barbara bank and Trust link in the Summary page once your return is accepted. You can also go directly to the TPG and Trust web site to check on the status of your Refund Transfer (pay from refund): https://cisc.sbbtral.com/index.asp or by calling 877-908-7228. Please know you will be asked for information to verify your identity.

The Santa Barbara Bank Tax Products Group (TPG) cannot provide you with a status until we transmit the application to them. We send the application only after the  IRS acknowledgement is received by us and processed. Until TPG has received and processed your application, you may receive an error when attempting to log into the TPG site that says "information entered does not match our records"
